Brief Description of Duties:
The Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the Family Rehousing and Stabilization Program (FRSP) program and staff under the direction of the Clinical Director and the FRSP Program Manager. The incumbent is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and program assistant duties as assigned to support staff in carrying out activities related to the FRSP contract requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, data management, entering assessment and other client data in the HMIS and CATCH client tracking systems, coordinating, and scheduling meetings, assisting with the preparation of program reports, maintaining the client resource directory, providing logistical support for events, and front desk coverage as needed. The Program Assistant supports staff who are working remotely by organizing and updating client files and assisting with other on-site administrative matters. In addition, the incumbent will support staff members in the planning and implementation of community engagement, special programs, and other initiatives as directed by his/her supervisor.

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED; minimum two years related experience. Knowledge of HMIS a plus, and/or ability to learn and support FRSP client data management systems. Applicant must be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and skilled in oral and written communication and customer relations. Must be able to multi-task.

Note: Must be able to obtain a clear Police Clearance, Child Abuse Registry Clearance, and FBI Clearance.
