At the Brightwood Family Success Center (BFSC), we believe that true community success begins with community voice. That’s why we are inviting passionate, committed, and experienced neighbors to join our Community Advisory Council (CAC) — a group dedicated to shaping the future of Brightwood from the inside out.

A CAC is more than a committee — it’s a bridge between local residents, community-based organizations, and small business owners. Its members represent the diverse lived experiences of our neighborhood, offering valuable insight into the needs, challenges, and aspirations of our families and neighbors.

Members of the CAC volunteer their time to advise on programs, provide recommendations on community priorities, and help ensure that decision-making remains inclusive, transparent, and responsive to the people we serve.

En el Centro de Éxito Familiar de Brightwood (BFSC), creemos que el verdadero éxito de la comunidad empieza con escuchar a sus miembros. Por eso, estamos invitando a vecinos comprometidos y apasionados a unirse a nuestro Consejo Comunitario (CAC) — un grupo dedicado a ayudar a moldear el futuro de Brightwood desde adentro, con la voz de su gente.

Un CAC es mucho más que un comité: es un puente entre los residentes, las organizaciones comunitarias y los pequeños negocios del área. Sus miembros representan las diversas experiencias de vida de nuestra comunidad y ofrecen ideas valiosas sobre lo que necesitan y desean nuestras familias y vecinos.
